To ensure a professional, safe, and relaxing experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you read and respect our policies.

🕒 Punctuality
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, your service time may be reduced without adjusting the price. If you are 15 minutes late or more, you may lose your appointment and your deposit.

💳 Bookings & Deposits
A non-refundable $30 deposit is required to book an appointment. This amount will be applied to your total service.
Accepted deposit payment methods:

Card or cash payments are accepted at the spa.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.
Clients who arrive late may lose their appointment without a refund.
If you reschedule in advance, your deposit will remain valid for 1 month.
Only one rescheduling is allowed per appointment. If you miss or cancel the second appointment, the deposit will be lost, and a new one will be required to book again.

👥 Guests & Children
To maintain a relaxing environment, no guests or children are allowed unless they have a scheduled appointment.
If you bring young children or infants, they must be accompanied by an adult who is not receiving a service.
Children may not run around or interrupt services. We reserve the right to deny service if this rule is not followed.

📱 Phone Use & Conduct
Please use your phone respectfully. Loud talking, yelling, or video calls are not allowed as they may disrupt other clients’ experiences.
During your treatment (facials, lashes, massages, etc.), please avoid using your phone and remain relaxed for better results.

💵 Tipping Policy
We strive to provide the best service.
If you’re ever unsatisfied, please let us know during or after your appointment.
Tips are not included. The recommended gratuity is 20%–25%.

🤧 Illness Policy
If you are sick or test positive for COVID, you must send a doctor’s note with your name and date, or a photo of your positive test with your full name and your appointment date/time written beside it, before your appointment.
Otherwise, the cancellation policy applies, and the deposit will be lost.
You may call us the same day to rebook based on availability.

🐾 Pet Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the spa.

📦 Package Policy
Purchased packages are non-refundable.
However, you may:

  • Exchange the service for another of equal or higher value (paying the difference if applicable).

  • Pause and resume your sessions later, within the permitted time frame.
    We adapt to your availability, but we recommend booking your appointments in advance to secure your spot.

📦 Product Sales
All sales (waist trainers, creams, products, etc.) are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted.

🎁 Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Valid for 1 month from the purchase date.
Must be presented on the day of your service, either physically or digitally.

⚠️ Client Responsibility
It is your responsibility to inform the staff if you are undergoing medical treatment, are pregnant, have allergies, medical conditions, or any contraindications prior to your appointment.
VBella’s Beauty Spa is not responsible for adverse reactions not previously disclosed.
