At VBella’s Beauty Spa, our commitment is to provide professional services in a safe, relaxing, and respectful environment. To ensure a positive experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you read and respect the following policies.

By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or buying a package, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all spa policies.

📌 Reservations & Deposits

A non-refundable $30 deposit is required to book an appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service on the day of your appointment.

⏰ Punctuality Policy
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service without a price adjustment.
Arrivals 15 minutes late or more may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the deposit.
Deposits remain valid for up to 1 month if canceled within the required notice period.
Only one reschedule is allowed per appointment.
A second cancellation or no-show will require a new deposit.

💆 Package Policy
Packages are non-refundable.
Packages are non-transferable.
Packages are for the exclusive use of the client.
If the client decides not to continue treatment, the remaining balance may be applied toward another spa service (price difference may apply).

⏳ Package Expiration:

All packages must be completed within 5 months (150 days) from the first session.

Any remaining sessions after this period will be canceled without refund.

⚠️ Health Conditions

Clients who are pregnant or have a medical condition must provide an official medical certificate including:

Client’s full name
Date
Recommendation to suspend treatment

No exceptions will be made without this document.

No refunds will be issued.
Remaining balance may be used toward other safe spa services.

📋 Post-Treatment Instructions

Clients must follow all recommendations provided by the specialist, including:

Skin care
Hydration
Nutrition
Physical activity
Recommended product usage

Compliance is essential for achieving optimal results.

⚖️ Results Responsibility

Treatment results depend on:

50% spa treatment
50% client commitment

Failure to follow instructions may affect results, and VBella’s Beauty Spa will not be held responsible.

👨‍👩‍👧 Guests & Children Policy
No guests without appointments are allowed.
Children without scheduled services are not permitted.
Children must remain under the supervision of another adult at all times.

Failure to comply may result in service cancellation.

🧾 Damage to Equipment or Facilities

Any damage to spa equipment or facilities will be the client’s responsibility, including damage caused by guests or children.

The client must cover the full cost of damages before leaving the premises.

📵 Cell Phone Policy
Loud phone calls and video calls are not permitted.
Clients are encouraged to avoid cellphone use during treatments.

🎒 Personal Belongings

The spa provides a designated area for personal belongings; however:

Clients are responsible for their personal items.
The spa is not responsible for lost or forgotten belongings.

🐾 Pets

Pets are not allowed inside the spa for hygiene and safety reasons.

All product sales are final.
No returns or refunds.

📌 CONDUCT, SAFETY & SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY

At VBella’s Beauty Spa, we strive to maintain a safe, professional, and trustworthy environment.

1. Conduct & Safety

Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times.

VBella’s Beauty Spa reserves the right to refuse admission or discontinue services.

Any inappropriate or suspicious behavior that affects the safety of staff, clients, or the establishment may result in:

Immediate suspension of services
Cancellation of packages without prior notice
Restriction from future appointments

2. Spa Products, Equipment & Property

All products, equipment, and materials are property of VBella’s Beauty Spa.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Removing products without authorization
Concealing materials
Handling equipment without permission

Failure to comply may result in:

Immediate cancellation of services
Package termination
Administrative or legal action

3. Spa-Initiated Service Cancellation

The spa reserves the right to cancel services or packages in cases involving:

Violation of spa policies
Inappropriate conduct
Risk to staff or business operations
Loss of trust

4. Payments & Packages

Packages are prepaid and non-refundable.

In cases of policy violations:

The spa may cancel the entire package
No refunds will be issued
Non-transferable internal credit may be granted at the spa’s discretion

5. Security & Monitoring

The spa is equipped with security cameras to protect staff, clients, and business assets.

Recordings may be used for internal security purposes and incident verification.

6. Policy Acceptance

By booking or making a payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all spa policies.
